Green Pin® G-6323 Jaw & Jaw Turnbuckle – Bolt-and-Nut Security Without the Cotter Pin Hassle

The Green Pin® G-6323 takes the trusted jaw-to-jaw turnbuckle format and refines it where it matters most: the jaw fastening system. Instead of traditional cotter pins — which require replacement, can corrode in place, and add time to installation and inspection — the G-6323 features a safety bolt and nut configuration that delivers superior jaw security with significantly less maintenance overhead. For riggers and engineers working in demanding, high-frequency, or hard-to-access tensioning environments, that's a meaningful operational upgrade.

The G-6323's jaw-to-jaw end fittings provide closed-loop terminations at both ends, eliminating the disengagement risk associated with open hook configurations. The jaw design offers direct clevis compatibility, making the G-6323 a natural fit for structural bracing connections, anchor bolt interfaces, and industrial tensioning hardware where precise, secure alignment is essential. With thread sizes from 3/8" to 2-3/4", take-up lengths from 6" to 24", and WLL spanning 0.54 to 34 metric tons, it covers a wide range of tensioning applications from light structural work through to heavy industrial and infrastructure projects.

Drop-forged from SAE 1035/1045 high-tensile steel, finished with hot-dip galvanization, rated to a 5:1 safety factor, and conforming to ASTM F1145-92 and former FF-T-791b, the G-6323 ships CE marked with optional 2.1, 2.2, and 3.1 material certificates available on request.
