Most swivel hooks allow positioning before the lift. The Crosby L-3322B goes further — its precision bearing design enables full 360° rotation under load, allowing loads to naturally align, reposition, and rotate throughout the entire lift cycle without transmitting torsional stress back into the rigging system. For operations where load spin, alignment correction, or rotation during the lift are genuine requirements, the L-3322B is the engineered solution.

Bearing-Rated. Not Just a Swivel.

The distinction matters. A standard swivel eye allows pre-lift positioning but is not designed for rotation under load. The L-3322B's precision load-rated bearing is engineered to handle rotational forces at full working load — smoothly, consistently, and without binding or degrading hook performance. The result is cleaner lifts, less torsional wear on connected rigging, and better load control from hook-on to set-down.

Every L-3322B features QUIC-CHECK® deformation and angle indicators forged directly into the hook body — enabling instant visual assessment of overload deformation and load angle compliance without removing the hook from service. The low-profile hook tip is designed specifically for Crosby S-4320 or PL-N latch kits, with every hook shipping latch pre-installed at no extra cost. Replacement kits are available separately.

Forged, quenched, and tempered from high-strength alloy steel in a distinctive red finish, proof tested to 2.5× WLL, built to a 4.5:1 design factor, and meeting or exceeding ASME B30.10 across the full 2 to 15 metric ton range.
