Every L-320 features QUIC-CHECK® indicators forged into the hook body — providing instant visual assessment of both overload deformation and load angle. Deformation indicators confirm whether the hook has been overstressed and requires retirement. Angle indicators ensure loads are applied within the hook's rated angular capacity. Together, they turn a time-consuming inspection process into a fast, reliable visual check that keeps lifting operations safe and compliant.

Fatigue Rated. Proof Tested. Chemically Verified.

The L-320 isn't just strong — it's documented. Every hook is fatigue rated to 20,000 cycles at 1.5× WLL and proof tested to 2.5× WLL (3/4T carbon through 22T alloy) or 2× WLL (20T carbon through 60T alloy). Chemical analysis and tensile testing are performed on each Product Identification Code (PIC) batch, providing material verification and consistent performance assurance across every unit in the range. Alloy steel construction delivers a higher strength-to-weight ratio than carbon steel equivalents — making the L-320 the preferred specification for heavy-duty lifting where capacity and weight both matter.

Latch Kit Included — No Extra Cost

Every L-320 now ships with the appropriate latch kit pre-installed at no additional charge — the S-4320 latch for 1T–22T hooks (new style) and the SS-4055 latch for 30T–60T hooks (old style). Replacement latch kits are available separately when needed.
